Tata Power will provide EV charging solutions to developers who are members of the National Real Estate Development Council in Maharashtra, which includes installation, maintenance, and charging upgrades as needed.
Tata Power announced on Thursday that it has signed an MOU with the National Land Development Council for the construction of up to 5,000 electric car charging stations at all its engineering facilities in Maharashtra.
The MOU was signed in the presence of Aaditya Thackeray, Maharashtra’s Minister of Tourism and Environment, according to a media statement. According to Tata Power, the partnership represents an important step in reducing carbon emissions and driving the adoption of e-mobility across Maharashtra.
The listed firm will provide EV charging solutions to NAREDCO member developers, including installation, repair, and upgrading of charging stations as required. With EZ Power’s rechargeable mobile app for Tata Power, EV users at all NAREDCO-affiliated engineering sites will be able to access 24 * 7 car charging services, monitoring, and e-payments, according to the statement.
